Returns and Exchanges

Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if an incorrect product was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the product and its packaging.

After confirming the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
